7.2. Surprise Contact Details, on your account page you have the option to add the contact details of an individual who we can contact to help arrange the surprise if you are a Winner. We will categorically not share or pass these details on to any third party but in adding them you are confirming that you have the consent from the person to pass these details to 247 Draws.

7.3.  All Winners will also be required to provide photographs and/or pose for photographs and videos, which may be used in future marketing and public relations by the Promoter in connection with the Competition and in identifying them as a winner of a Competition.

7.4. Following receipt and verification of the details requested above by the Promoter, the Winners will be contacted in order to make arrangements for delivery of the prize. At this point the Winners must choose between the prizes available (as detailed in the Competition prize information on the Website) and notify the Promoter of their choice in writing.

8.3. Any Cash Prize will be directly transferred to the Winner’s nominated bank account. The winner must provide evidence that they are the sole or joint beneficiary of the bank account. Failure to do so within 10 days of accepting the prize will result in disqualification from the competition, and the winner forfeits the prize. In such circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible Entrant selected from the correct entries received before the Closing Date.

8.4. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss or compensation if the winner is unable to claim the Prize or chooses not to do so.

Limitation of Liability:
9.1. However, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of the Promoter’s breach or if it was contemplated by you and the Promoter at the time that you entered the competition.

10.1 The Promoter cannot be held accountable for unsuccessful, incomplete, or distorted computer transmissions, including malfunctions or failures in computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic, or internet hardware or software. This includes issues stemming from the actions or oversights of service providers, internet accessibility or availability, or instances of traffic congestion or unauthorised human intervention, which may result in errors or inaccuracies. The Promoter will make every effort to correctly award the prize to the rightful Entrant. Should the prize be incorrectly awarded due to hardware, software, or other computer-related failures, or human error, the Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the Competition prize and award it to the appropriate Entrant, at its sole discretion and without admitting liability.

10.2 The Promoter retains the right, at its sole discretion, to prolong the closing date of any competition if, for any reason, any aspect of the competition cannot proceed as planned. This includes circumstances such as computer virus contamination, network failures, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical malfunctions, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter that compromises or influences the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Competition. The Promoter may choose to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend a Competition or invalidate any affected entries. If the Promoter closes a Competition prematurely, the Winner may be chosen from all valid and eligible Entries received prior to the closure date, except in cases where the Promoter decides, at its sole discretion, to close the Competition early without selecting a Winner. In the event of an early closure without selecting a Winner, the Promoter will provide all entrants with Site Credit to enable them to use equivalent tickets in a future competition.

10.3 The Promoter shall not be held liable for any economic or consequential losses suffered by individuals to whom an award has been incorrectly granted, and no compensation will be owed. The Promoter will endeavour to ensure that the software and website(s) used to conduct its Competitions operate accurately across the latest versions of popular internet, tablet, and mobile browsers. It should be noted that only the ticket coordinates recorded in the Promoter’s systems, regardless of their display or calculation method, will be entered into the relevant Competition. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any competition entries resulting from malfunctioning software or other unforeseen events.

11.4. Please note that under data protection laws, you have the right to request that the Promoter does not contact you and removes your details from its database. If you make such a request, you will be withdrawing from the competition as it will not be possible to contact you in the event that you win. Please be aware that no refund of the entry fee will be provided if you choose to withdraw. If you do not want your personal details to be used by the Promoter for promotional purposes, please email the Promoter at contact@247draws.co.uk.
